After-sales service and maintenance

System Impianti is an expert one-stop contact, practical, proactive and on the spot. We continue to look after our customers even after we have completed a project, when we remain at customers’ disposal with ad hoc maintenance plans and, if required, provide after-sales service. This guarantees that our customers invest in protected systems that will remain efficient for many years to come.

Our after-sales and maintenance teams comprise trained, qualified personnel. The company’s many departments are organised to respond to and solve problems promptly. In such cases our archives are often essential. They include photos, plans, certificates, test and after-sales service reports relating to each individual order.
We also have an in-house laboratory, which allows us to make independent tests and carry out repairs and approval tests.
